Brenda , because neuroendocrine dysregulation can involve both the nervous system and hormone signaling, I would generally focus on supporting the stress response and nervous system regulation first.

You may wish to explore:

โ€ข Trauma Vagus Sympathetic โ€” to support autonomic nervous system regulation and help shift the body out of chronic fight-or-flight patterns.

โ€ข Adrenal Glands Support โ€” to support the adrenal glands and the body's stress response.

Brenda , thanks for the added context. Hereโ€™s a focused plan you can trial, starting with stress/ANS and layering in targeted support for menopause, immune challenges, and thyroid as needed.

Foundational (stress/ANS and adrenal)
Body Aligner - Designed to help align the bodyโ€™s cavities and calm the nervous system for deep relaxation, useful when neuroendocrine dysregulation is stress-driven.
Stamina and Adrenal Support - Adrenal-supportive blend (Bโ€‘vitamins, minerals, ashwagandha, etc.) intended... See more

Diane Burroughes,ย  because MTHFR can affect people differently depending on the specific variant and the individual's overall health, there isn't a single IC complex that works for everyone.

Rather than focusing only on detoxification, it is often helpful to first support the pathways involved in methylation, liver function, and antioxidant capacity, then gradually support detoxification as needed.

A simple complex could include:

Infopathy Teamย
Hello,
I am Diane's client with the MTHFR gene variant (I just found out 2 weeks ago).ย  My main concerns are fatigue (all day, everyday), mold, food sensitivities, severe hair loss, and chronic sinus pain & headaches.ย  I also have Hashimoto's disease.

Frances, thank you for sharing more details. With the additional information about fatigue, mold exposure, food sensitivities, chronic sinus issues, headaches, and Hashimoto's, I would still keep the previous suggestions of Methylation Support, Liposomal Glutathione, N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC), and Liver Support as a good foundation.

Given your specific concerns, I would consider adding:

โ€ข Whole Body Detox โ€” to provide gentle support for the body's detoxification pathways, particularly since... See more
