Hi Anton, I am trying to do some water, but when I pick the IC, it is faded and moving in the background already. I went ahead and recharged my glow pad, but the same thing is still happening. Any ideas?

Hi Linda, do you mean Glowing IC Pad stops flashing after some time? Please make sure the audio volume is set to maximum on your computer or phone after you start the transfer.

It is not the Glowing IC Pad, it is the Complex itself that shows a circle going all the time so I cannot begin the transfer. It is inside the IC box, itself.
