My IC glow pad does not work any more. What is the life expectancy of it? The blue light does not come on anymore

Hi Todd, please try to charge IC Pad with wall charger for about 2 hours, until yellow light goes off. Also, please make sure audio volume is set to maximum on your phone or laptop after you start the transfer.
