嗨，安德里亞，我們建議每天至少服用 3 次相同的 Imprint IC 或 Complex，每次至少喝 50 毫升（2 盎司）的水。

不，你不能過量服用 IC，如果你喝太多，只能過量服用水本身，比如每天一加侖（3-4 升）:)
