Hi Guinet, there is no exact IC for hyperparathyroidism, but you can try the following: Węglan wapnia (IC may help balance calcium in the organism), and also Witamina D3

Merci pour ces précisions mais j'ai noté que Ashwagandha est efficace pour la thyroïde. Comme vous le savez les parathyroides c'est autre chose. Donc cette herbe a-t-elle aussi un effet sur les parathyroïdes?

Guinet, from what I could find: some studies suggest that ashwagandha may be helpful for balancing thyroid hormones. While ashwagandha has not been specifically studied for its effects on the parathyroid glands, some research suggests that it may have a positive effect on bone health by increasing bone density and reducing bone resorption. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3252722/

Guinet, for sleep-related ICs we recommend drinking water 2 times - the first time before dinner and the second time 30-60 minutes before sleep. Drink 50-100 ml of water each time.
