Hi Gülay, yes, you can combine a few ICs into one complex and transfer it in "all at once mode". Here is the video on how to create personal complex: https://vimeo.com/522571638

Can I use these imprints only with water or can it be used for Wine/Alcohol?

Hi Mathew, you can also imprint alcohol, it should be up to 50% vol strength.

Die Schmerzen vom Fersensporn sind verschwunden. Ich habe anfangs 1 Liter, dann 0,5 l getrunken. Vielen Dank Anton!

Thomas Peschmann Could you share exactly what you did for your heel spur pain ?! I have one on my left foot along with plantar fasciitis in both feet and I am so miserable- searching for relief anyway I can - thank you for your time !! ❤️😊

Julie Martin Ich (Claudia) habe nur die 12 Zellsalze mit dem Magnet ins Wasser gedruckt und 5 Tage lang über den Tag verteilt 1 l davon getrunken, danach 0,5 l pro Tag. Mittlerweile trinke ich nur noch 0,25l pro Tag oder drucke die 12 Zellsalze in meine Mandelmilch mit Müsli und habe keine Schmerzen mehr. Ich habe am linken Fuß mehrere Fersensporne, Schuheinlagen halfen nicht, ständige Schmerzen beim laufen oder... Zobacz więcej

Thomas Peschmann Thank you for your response!!! I am going to start doing this TODAY!!! I am in quite a lot of pain so I am looking for something that will WORK!! I am assuming that you did the method 1 with the glow pad - infusing the 12 cell-salts into the prepared water. I will do that and follow your suggestions! I have tried SO many things and nothing...
