I can not get my glow pad to charge

I tried two other charge cords and nothing. Cleaned the port with alcohol and still nothing .

Brenda Witherly , please try this last thing - try using IC Pad (transfer ICs) and charging it at the same time. Sometimes this trick helps to reset the charging controller. If this does not work, please send us a message at support@infopathy.com we can find some solution. Thank you!

Brenda Witherly , do you have GlowPad 2 (round blue) or version 3? Please try using different charing cable and charger.

 Shanna, if you making complex for imprinting water it does not matter. However, if you are making complex for direct body application and trying to create a specific synergistic effect, like supporting a sequence of healing processes (e.g., detox followed by tissue regeneration), the order could be important for achieving that flow.
