Jonathan Roseland Mon mari et moi allons l'essayer aussi, mais je me demande quand boire l'eau. Peut-être que je pourrais faire un test musculaire pour le savoir.

Ce n'est pas un CI dont on peut directement déterminer l'effet. Il vise à protéger votre santé à long terme et à vous assurer un apport suffisant en vitamines et minéraux. Cependant, grâce à d'autres sources, je peux constater que je ne manque pas de beaucoup de vitamines (minéraux essentiels) et que j'ai moins besoin de me dépenser physiquement. Donc, ça doit être efficace.
