I was feeling inexplicably off, not really hurting or sick but definitely apathetic with no energy. My body scan showed my crown chakra was off balance and admittedly I felt low in spirits. Then I saw a comment about this IC so I tried it and it truly lifted me up asap (30 min?) mentally and helped me get back on track to focus and finish my work that day.
