It's still tender at times after over-exercising, but it resolves after a day or so. I started using March 8th and less than one month later I can finally sleep on that side again!!! With no shoulder or neck pain as before. I will continue to use a bit here and there to see if the .1% resolves! This is way better, less expensive, less invasive and permament whereas three cortisone shots did next to nothing and with no permanent results!! So blessed!

Esto es muchรญsimo mejor: menos costoso, menos invasivo y con resultados duraderos, mientras que tres inyecciones de cortisona prรกcticamente no hicieron nada y sin resultados permanentes. ยกMe siento realmente bendecida!
