My wife uses it twice a day. She's noticed a significant reduction in the edema she has on her right foot and ankle over the last two weeks.

What would be recommended if you have an urge to urinate/if you only pass urine slowly? Happy prostate?

Where should the glow pad be placed? Options?

Kelly A, you can apply it directly on eyes. If using Glowing IC Pad, please cover the lights with a fabric. You can also place IC Pad on the pillow, put some fabric on top of the IC Pad, lay down and place side of the head on the IC Pad.
