ย Eva, for the Cataract IC, since itโ€™s an audible IC, the duration is already built into the track โ€” itโ€™s 20 minutes, so you can simply listen to it from start to finish.

How often to use it:

  • Once daily is a good starting pointย 
  • You can increase to 2 times per day if it feels comfortableย

Eva, with ICs like this, especially for something like cataracts, results can vary from person to person. Some people do report improvements in clarity, comfort, or slowing of progression, but itโ€™s not something that have many widely shared or documented testimonials yet.
