Hello my charging slot on my glow pad 3 isnโt charging. Can you suggest otherways to get around this? I have changed cables etc.

I run it when my food has some dairy in it. It has the same effect as my Lactaid pills. Iโve had no usual symptoms like stomach discomfort.
