I can not get my glow pad to charge

I tried two other charge cords and nothing. Cleaned the port with alcohol and still nothing .

Brenda Witherly , please try this last thing - try using IC Pad (transfer ICs) and charging it at the same time. Sometimes this trick helps to reset the charging controller. If this does not work, please send us a message at support@infopathy.com we can find some solution. Thank you!

Does the order of the items in a complex I am making matter?

Shanna, if you making complex for imprinting water it does not matter. However, if you are making complex for direct body application and trying to create a specific synergistic effect, like supporting a sequence of healing processes (e.g., detox followed by tissue regeneration), the order could be important for achieving that flow.

I cannot say enough about the Arthritis complex. Before taking it I would wake up at night with pain in my hands. The pain has now gone, not just decreased but gone. Shanna, I think this one Arthritis (inflammation of the joints) as her post 6 years old and that time we probably had only that Arthritis complex, unless she created her own. Cathy Lancey, do you remember which complex did you use? Thank you!
