Pero actualizo y te puedo decir que actualmente lo pongo en infinito y estoy media hora o mรกs con el programa. No lo hago diariamente si no cuando noto que estoy muy baja de energรญa.ย
Los anรกlisis no me han vuelto a dar falta de hierro o anemia nunca mรกs.
Me encanta!!!

But I've updated, and I can tell you that I currently set it to infinite and run the program for half an hour or more. I don't do it daily, but only when I notice my energy is very low.
The tests have never again shown iron deficiency or anemia.
