where do you place it?

Wendy Lee, try to place the device as close as possible to the area with canker sores, but still outside of the month, for example, on top of the lips.ย

Can you simply place your hand on the icpad and let the imprinting frequencies treat you that way?

Hi Shannon, yes, you can do that as well, but the best would be to place IC Pad on the chest or stomach area where the body has stronger blood flow.
