Also, I am wondering about using a longer cord to connect the glow pad to my laptop. Any thing I should be aware of when purchasing a longer cord?

as long as it’s a headphone cord male to male or male to lightning adaptor if you have an iphone it’s fine. we often get the nice corded ones that tangle less easily.

I would like also to add, that it is better to use cable up to 10ft (3 meters) long. Most regular audio cables when long have high electric resistance and it can reduce the intensity of the signal.

Any tips about settings for your phone when doing PEMFs? I hate getting phone calls as it interrupts the transfer. I tried the do not disturb setting but that also interrupts the transfer as my glo pad stops glowing. Any other advice on how to have an uninterrupted transfer while using a mobile phone?

Thank you Anton. I didn't realize that airplane mode would work. Does it work on the complexes as well? I will give it a try!

Sara Goodman, yes, it should work on any ICs. Just make sure you start transfer first and then turn on Airplane mode.

Hi Sara, one option would be to start transfer and then set your phone into airplane mode. But in this way you will miss your phone calls. Some people also get another old used phone (like iPhone 5 for $40 or so on eBay) and use it exclusively for Infopathy.
