I’m new and just have some general usage questions.

I’ve been using the 24oz Infopathy IC capsule to treat a full bottle of water at a time and then sip on it over the day, and I drink 2 of those a day. Is it ok to do this, or is it more effective to treat 2oz servings and immediately drink those 3 times a day so that I’m fully... See more

Hi Wendy, drinking water during the day how are you doing it is good. If you decided to drink 2oz x3 times a day, you need to space out those 3 times, not right away - for example, morning, before lunch, and before dinner.

Yes, you can pour water into a stainless steel bottle after imprinting it.

Vibrations or shaking water after imprinting is okay.

Can l use potassium chloride instead of salt to hold the frequencies for a month? Thank you.

Hi Georgina, we recommend using mineral salt because of the present minerals. You can also use just trace mineral solutions. Potassium chloride may also work, but not sure.
