Doctors have been tinkering around for five years. Adoptive eczema, neurodermatitis, eczema. I always had the feeling that wasn't it. But try explaining that to a doctor. Repeatedly cortisone ointment. For the past two years, I've been using CDL, essential oils like lavender, sea buckthorn, copaiba, and helicrysum, and diffusers. Zinc ointment, olive oil, and olive cream. It got better, and the cortisone decreased. I detoxified extensively. But only in the last six months have I been using Himalayan zeolite and barley grass as a drink on an empty stomach with a drop of lemon or lime oil. And for the past two months, I've been using the Infopathy program that I put together myself. I also have one with detoxification for psoriasis. I discovered psoriasis by chance; I never would have thought it. My skin only looked like that on the soles of my feet, and occasionally, after a bout of itching and scratching, I would see the small, silvery scales on my hands for a few days. For three years, I'd had open knuckles and open hands. At first, they were open on the inside, then on the outside. I wore cotton gloves and could only touch the steering wheel and the bike handlebars with them. When I worked, I wore thin, black plastic gloves over the cotton ones.
Thank God, now I can touch everything normally again and you can't see anything anymore.
I haven't drunk any fortified water for the past 10 days. My skin has barely worsened.

Today is July 21, 2025. I'll continue for another 10-14 days, starting again. Maybe I'll get rid of the last "itch" and get rid of dandruff.
