Hi. I am wondering if your suggestion on how to do the sequence of the flow, should be done one PEMF after another having the 10min gap window? Is that what you mean by saying " make sure to run GENTLE DETOX and VASCULAR VITALITY alongside"? What are your thoughts on imprinting the PEMF to a golden ring, natural stones/crystals and metals-wearable? Thank you :)
