I hear the sound and after charging no light. I just got it today so Maybe I am doing something wrong. I made sure it was connected solid. Charged for several hours. still nothing

Hi Jeannie, please make sure you connect IC Pad to laptop or smartphone using audio cable (USB cable is for charging only). Then, please set audio volume on your phone or laptop to a maximum level After you start transfer.

Anton SF I charged over night now I see the light go on in the one port but i either hear the sound or see the light in the other port there is no sound i see the waves go but no sound but see light i cant get both at the same time.

Jeannie Curtis, when the Glowing IC Pad is connected to your phone or computer via an audio cable, you should not hear any sound, only lights.

I just received my IC Hummer and am excited to test it out. I created my first complex with free ICs and it says I need premium membership to transfer it. Is there a way around this? I'd like to see some results before I commit to paying for life.

Hi Anika, once you subscribe you will have a 30-day free period and the subscription can be canceled at any time. It will give you access to all public IC and Complexes and your own complexes.

Hi Anton,

If my partner starts with happy water man first thing in the morning, we use structure water plus a bit of salt, does it man man power can be used later in the morning or afternoon?
