why will the ic arthritis inflammation for joints not add into another custom ic complex that I have made?

Hi Yvonne, currently you can not add complexes to another complex. You can only go through all ICs in that complex and add them one at a time to the custom complex.

Gosh I can feel this tingling and energising my chest from the very start. I dont have pleurisy (?) but have had those sharp pains associated with the chest membrane in the past where you breath is and get sharp pains.
