Hello. I just received my IC Hummer in yesterday's mail and there's one item that was in the box that I'm not sure of its purpose. It is a little circular sticker - it's sticky on one side and has 4 little suction cups on the other. What is this used for? Thanks!

Carol Nation, that little sticky disc with four mini suction cups is just a holder to help keep the IC Hummer in place handsโ€‘free on a smooth surface for experimental surfaces or mounting IC Hummer to an aquarium.ย

Interesting- it did not feel good to me- but I donโ€™t find myself in fear or stress much. Timing was off for me, especially with breathing. It is good to see that many people respond well to this- my clients are probably not like me!!

Laurie Levine-Lowen, that is actually a very insightful observation!
Not every IC resonates the same way with every person, and Calm Again may have been designed more for people who are actively in a fear/stress/anxiety pattern. If you are already naturally more regulated or not operating from that state, the pacing or breathing rhythm may simply not feel aligned for your nervous system.
