Good morning

Is it normal that for some files when downloading from a PC to a Glowing IC Pad 3 there is an extraordinary noise?

Pierre, when using GlowPad you should not hear any sound coming from your computer. If you hear sound, it is probably because audio cable is not fully inserted into your computer or sound settings are not set properly. Please check that audio cable if fully inserted (or connected via Bluetooth) - you can watch second video on this page starting from 21:00ย https://www.infopathy.com/en/tutorials/devices?show=glowing3&source=web
