Hi Greg - I hope you are well! I am wondering about the IC prednisone for adrenal fatigue. If I take it will it suppress my immune system, and will my adrenals shut down cortisol production? Do I have to avoid taking it long term, and taper off of it? Or because it's in IC form none of that applies? Thank you so much. Natasha

Hi Natasha My expectation is that the IC prednisone would not have any suppressive effect on your adrenal function. Regarding your immune function, keep in mind that cortisol is a very important hormone that our body produces to help limit the inflammation in the body. The IC should establish a healthy cortisol "tone" in your body, but should not be directly immunosuppressive That said, I encourage you to start with... 查看更多

Hi Maia, Eva my daughter is still not well this morning and we did not see a lot of improvement since Monday evening. She has got a strong pain in the ears and can hardly swallow.
