Hi Margherita, you can place IC Pad near the bottom of the spine or perineal area.

I am a bit confused. GSE is typically used as an abbreviation for GRAPEFRUIT seed extract. Is this GRAPEFRUIT seed or GRAPE seed? I am seeking grape seed extract. Thank you.
