Hi Anton,
I got your app testing. When I tried to download it on Google Play or use the public version, 
it just showed the black screen, nothing happened. My phone is Samsung Galaxy Note 20Ultra.
Please advise.

ย Hi, the Infopathy app did an update yesterday morning, and ever since the update, I've been unable to run any infoceuticals on the app. It keeps telling me to log in, and when I put in my username and password, it tells me "Seems like your device has no connection."... See more

Hello everyone,
Two things: yesterday I had the profile updated to the first therapist level + this morning I updated the test application on the phone.
Although the glowing pad is recognized by the phone's Bluetooth, the application does not transfer any data.
Phone: Android - Samsung Note 10

Good morning,
I first use the IC pad with the Mac and then disconnect the bluetooth from the Mac without turning off the IC pad.
Then I open the bluetooth of my Android Samsung Note 10 phone to connect it to the IC pad.
There, after successful synchronization, the IC pad turns off by itself.
You need to turn the IC pad back on and reconnect it to Bluetooth to use it.

Delphine Lamotte, yes, there is such an thing happening when reconnecting the GlowPad, that is normal (sort of a bug, but it does not affect the GlowPad, you just need to turn it back on). Thank you for noting that!
