hi Val - anywhere near the digestive tract. abdomen, lower back, umbilicus, immediately below the rib cage, wherever it is comfortable. running the ic regularly/multiple times is more important than placement.

I bought a glowing pad last summer. Today it has stopped working. I am on the membership and really enjoyed it. I am not sure what has happened but it doesn't glow and it seems to be dead now. Hi Irina, please try the following:
1) Charge IC Pad for about 2 hours using a USB cable and charger.

2) Make sure the audio volume on your computer or phone is set to maximum after you start the transfer.

3) Restart your computer or phone.

4) Replace the Audio cable, it may be broken. The cable is called "3.5mm Aux cable".
