My default for this one is all at once it seems, but since its PEMF I should switch to one by one correct?

Hi Joseph, in general for PEMF complexes we recommend using up to 3 PEMFs in one complex in "all at once" mode. This complex is created by experienced practitioner and they set "all at once" mode to be a default mode, therefore you can use it in this mode.
