How long does the effect last? Do you drink 2oz of water with the IC?

Mary Lynn Bellamy, sorry we missed your question! The effect will be different for everyone. Yes, you can drink this 2oz at a time and you can try drinking it several times during one hour.

Hi Tyler: I have also pain on the medial side of my heel and I have kidney issue since I contracted covid 2 years ago.
How did Osteo figured out that that it was kidney???

Kee It's because in Chinese Medicin the Kidney system is responsible for the feet (low back and knees too) but the kidney channel runs right the the achilles.
