Hello Anton, best wishes for the new year. My quick question...We have a Culligan water purifier. So should I also put a pinch of sea salt in my water? Thank you for everything you do.

If your model significantly removes minerals from water, then yes, you need to add a pinch of sea salt per 1 litter of water before imprinting it.

Does imprinting to water give you the same effect as putting disk directly on  /the body?

It is suggested to use PEMFs  with the disk on the body and transfer ICs into water and ingest.  You're going to get better results treating inside (in water) and outside (on body).
