Georgia Dowsell, this IC may help support and strengthen connective tissue, but it is unlikely to heal a hernia by itself. A hernia is a physical weakness or tear in the abdominal wall that often requires surgery if it gets larger or causes symptoms.

For a hernia specifically, please see Hernia (Rife) for recovery after inguinal hernia surgery and advises applying PEMF ICs directly over the affected area.ย
