Kann ich mehrere verschiedene Protokolle in das gleiche Wasser laden oder sollte ich died lieber getrennt anwenden? Gibt es eine Mindestmenge an Wasser, die ich benutzen soll.

Hallo Sarah, du kannst ein paar ICs zu einem ICs-Komplex kombinieren und sie dann alle auf einmal in dasselbe Wasser übertragen. Einzelheiten zur Erstellung von Komplexen finden Sie hier: https://www.infopathy.com/tutorials/for_users?show=getting_started Wir empfehlen, dieselbe IC oder denselben Komplex mindestens dreimal täglich einzunehmen und jedes Mal mindestens 50 ml zu trinken.

Anton Sheikh-Fedorenko, thank you so much for the help! If I always use a cleaned tap water is it useful to add a bit of salt that the IC can be better saved?

Hi Sarah, yes, you can add a pinch of mineral salt (like Himalayan or sea salt) to 1 liter of water to remineralize it. Water with minerals stores ICs better.

Hi Anton , would it be ok to make a complex with all the chackra pemfs, from root to crown and run it one by one ( provided we have the time, like when watching a movie or relaxing), or it would be too much all of them in a single session?! Thank you
