In general, it's usually more effective to focus on a few priorities rather than trying to use a large number of different ICs at once. I would suggest choosing the 3โ5 health goals that are most important to you, using those consistently for a few weeks, and then adjusting your protocol as your needs change.
Regarding your thyroid and blood pressure medications, we would encourage you not to stop or replace prescribed medications with ICs without first discussing it with your healthcare provider. If your health is improving and you feel your medications may need adjustment, your provider can help you do that safely.
Ultimately, listening to your body is important, but keeping your protocol simple and consistent often provides the best results.
Wishing you continued progress on your health journey!

I haven't been able to use this account for a month. I've tried everything: charging the device, the phone, etc.

Hello, I'm new here, but I urgently need something for my daughter:
Is there anything like this for Grandpa's genetic defect, specifically faded optic nerves? Or where could I find something like that? Or what can help stabilize the condition as much as possible and prevent it from worsening?
Thank you so much for your help!
Christa

we are sorry to hear about your daughter's condition.
While there isn't an IC specifically for the OPA1 gene mutation, you may wish to consider supportive ICs such as:
โข
Mitochondrial Booster or
Mitochondrial Energy Support โ since OPA1-related conditions involve mitochondrial dysfunction, these may provide additional support for cellular... See more

I imprint 500 ML, for any complex. Water goal is 2 L/ day. I live in AZ. I have listed at least 30 that I need but no way I can drink that much water even in 3 days. Is it best to focus on 4 imprints a day @ 500 ml/bottle. Or is it better for 125 ml/ which is 4 ounces 4 times daily and preparing 12 bottles to last 3 days. (That would give me 12 different complexes.)
Or best to not worry about it and just take what I think my body needs? Or do different imprints have different precautions? I ran out of thyroid RX., so today I prepared 500 ML of thyroid x 6 minutes. drank the entire bottle (no RX in 2 days). Hope this is clear what I am asking. So excited to see there is OZONE and Hydrogen!! And I JUST found BP! I am weaning BP - RX, and today BP normal, Yesterday was improving. Hearing continues to improve! It is cervical related. thank you.
