Regenerative Detoxification my first transfer to me this morning. The lights don't flash continuously when transferring. Is this normal? I ran twice just in case.

Elaine Godley, yes, this is normal. The Glow Pad’s LEDs can flicker, pulse, stay steadily lit, or briefly pause depending on the IC’s frequencies. Just in case check volume level on your phone/PC and try to troubleshoot here https://www.infopathy.com/troubleshoot

Anton SF thank you. If the internet drops whilst transferring should I cancel and try again? Currently only on rare occasions is the device flickering. I am awaiting an extender from Starlink to improve the connection - very frustrating as I am keen to progress with infopathy for myself and clients.

I did the test and got the sound. Hoever, then when I transfer all I see is the red 'on' dot and nothing else. I pressed before running and had a quick flash but during transfer absolutely nothing in terms of flashing lights or pulsing and no white spot either. sorry to be a pain.
