我大約 6 天前收到了 IC pad。截至昨晚。它將不再充滿電。紅燈亮起 5 分鐘，然後熄滅。我以為它可能仍在充電，但是當我去使用它時。紅燈閃爍，就像電池沒電一樣。我嘗試過使用各種插頭，但發生了同樣的事情。有任何想法嗎？謝謝艾瑪

I received my IC pad around 6 days ago. As of last night. It will no longer fully charge. The red light comes on for 5 minutes and then goes off. I thought it may still be charging but, when I go to use it. The red light flashes as if the battery is dead. I have tried using various plugs and the same thing happens. Any ideas... 查看更多
