Hi Lisa, the light should be facing towards the body. But you need to cover the light with fabric to protect your eyes from the strong light.

Hello, unfortunately there is a wobbly in it. Regardless of which device I connect the IC pad to, it lights up briefly and then stops. When the cable is shaken slightly, it flashes briefly and then goes dark again. Do you have a suggestion for me? Many Thanks
