Hallo Anton, reicht es ein Glas mit Wasser auf das IC Pad zu stellen und ein Durchlauf von 2 Minuten. Kann man das Glas dann mit einmal austrinken? Oder muss man ein Flasche Wasser befüllen?

 Sabine , yes, placing a glass of water on the IC pad and running it for about two minutes is enough to imprint the water with the IC. It is best to drink same IC at least 3 times a day, at least 50ml (2oz) at a time.

Ciao, mi piacerebbe sapere se è possibile caricare ICs usando come supporto una pietra di cristallo di rocca / quarzo ialino. Qualcuno ha provato? Grazie

Cosetta, yes, you can imprint a rock crystal or clear quartz.
