While it is generally good to use ICs throughout the day, it is possible to overwhelm your body if you use too many different applications or run a single IC non stop. Here's why:
- Too many ICs: Your body needs time to process and integrate the information from each IC. Using too many ICs a day or in 1 complex may overwhelm the body and result in no effect at all.
- Continuous use: Running an IC like an stress-relief treatment all day long can overstimulate your system, potentially leading to fatigue (or sometimes opposite -will affect your sleep) or diminishing returns.
A good rule of thumb is to start slow and focus on 2–3 health goals per day, targeting your most pressing needs. If you're using a specific IC for an ongoing issue, such as stress, try using it just 1-2 times a day. But it is okay to drink same Imprint IC just during the day, making small sips.
The key is to listen to your body—if you feel tired or overstimulated, take a break and let your system reset.
