I was doing some ICs when my pad began flashing. I then recharged it until the yellow light came off and when I plugged it in again it began flashing on and off. What am I doing wrong, please?

Hi Linda, during the transfer glowing IC Pad should flash. Pattern of flashes may vary from IC to IC. Please follow these steps: 1) connect IC pad to your phone or computer. 2) start transfer 3) make sure volume is set to maximum on your phone or computer.

After approximately half of the PEMF done, it just stops working. Anything I could be doing wrong? I’m using the ic pad as it should, on safari mobile

Hi Tony, if you start again does your IC Pad flash? You may need to charge it or make sure audio volume is set to maximum during the transfer.

Anton Sheikh-Fedorenko, sorry for the delay. But it’s till the same problem after restarting the phone. Stops working after the 50% into the ic.

Hi Tony, thank you very much! I just noticed that there was an issue with this IC, after 6 minutes there was silent gup for 3 minutes. We fixed it and now it should work okay. Thank you!
