Hi Ee Chiang Wee, in the "Transfer all at once" mode, all the ICs in the IC Complex will be transferred at the same time. M Pludra, for simplicity best is to use on 3 body cavities, upper chest, mid diaphragm and liver stomach/intestine area; wood signal can also be applied on liver, fire on heart area, earth on spleen, metal on lungs, water element signals on kidneys.

Hi Andrew black, here are the general suggestions: 1) Focus on up to 3 health goals at the same time. 2) Include up to 6 ICs into your imprint complex. At least when you start, later you can try including more ICs into one complex.
