Hi Chiara, please try to close all the other tabs in your browser and close other apps if any are open. Also, you can try to lock the screen once the transfer is started - this may help.

Ken Macleod I use NES as well and encourage clients to purchase Infopathy. There's such a benefit to both systems.

I shared this IC with my brother during a time of stress for him. The next morning he woke feeling very refreshed and said this was the best night's sleep he'd had in months. It works very well!
