Hi Johara, for PEMF ICs please apply the device directly to the target area. We recommend using the same PEMF or Audible ICs 1-2 times every day.

Hi Salud, yes, IC can be used by children under parents' supervision. You can use regular amounts - at least 50 ml of water at least 3 times every day. It is best to drink water on an empty stomach.

Hi Salud, we recommend using the same imprint  IC or complex at least 3 times every day drinking at least 2oz (50ml) of water each time. Before swallowing water, keep it in your mouth for 10 seconds. Try drinking IC water on an empty stomach.
