This has greatly improved the skin on my face and body. I’ve been using this for 1 week and this has cleared my face of 95% acne, reduced redness, decreased face and scalp flaking, along with better overall moisture of skin. I’ve tried every other skin PEMF and IC, this seems to be the best one for what my body needed. I only use 1x per day as 2x triggered an eczema like rash along my hairline which subsided with decreasing frequency and putting virgin unrefined cold pressed coconut oil as topical. I place the IC pad on my upper chest where the collar bones meet as I figure that’s where most cervical lymph drains. This is a long transfer, but it’s worth it
