Anthony Morillas, yes, you can also try imprinting bread or vegetables (if you then eat them raw, not cooked).

Hello,
Does it make sense to treat the water with ICs before making tea with it? For example, with Super Detox to improve the water quality or remove pollutants - or will heating it up undo everything?

Silvia, you can imprint tea, but once the tea is already prepared and cooled down (it should be below 30C/86F of temperature).

MELANIE, ICs should not have any negative effects. At the moment we consider that ICs created with the help of antibiotics do not directly affect the bacteria, but help the body to work against it.
