This has helped me a lot. I had a backache and muscle spasms in my back after lifting some boxes. I used this IC on my back yesterday along with one or two others, and had very good results that could legitimately be considered miraculous.

When using a litre glass bottle for IC x 4(ormore) cycles.. could potassium magnesium citrate cause loose bowels ? Wondering whether to add magnesium separately!

Oliver Waters, usually potassium magnesium citrate can cause loose stools or diarrhea, especially if taken in excess, due to its ability to draw water into the intestines, but that is not neccessary will happen with ICs. If you’re experiencing this, you might want to reduce your intake or reduce number of repeats when imprinting.
