Hello Anton, could you please tell me how long the delivery time is for the new Glowing Pad? A friend wanted to order one, but the delivery time is given as 100 days. Is that correct?

HI Vera, they are probably looking into old version of the Glowing IC Pad, which we don't make anymore.. please see new version 3 here: https://www.infopathy.com/en/products/glowing-ic-pad-3
In the US we are waiting for devices to come to locale warehouses, so it is a bit slow now (maybe about 7-10 days to deliver), in other countries time is about as specified during checkout.

Sylvie Bratigny , do you use an audio cable connection or Bluetooth? Please check that the audio volume is set to maximum level after you start the transfer.ย

Anton SF I still haven't been able to get the Bluetooth to work, I always plug the cable in with my phone and this works very well for several ICs.
I have to say that there are really too many ICs that don't work and I'm starting to get a little disappointed

Sylvie Bratigny , with audio cable some ICs may not work on your phone because phone outputs low signal, but there should be no such issue with Bluetooth. Please let me know what phone do you use, I can provide some instructions on how to connect IC Pad with Bluetooth. Thank you!

Do we know if this Silicon is actually Silicon Dimethylsiloxane (gel-filled used in breast implants)? The answer would greatly help me.  I may have my answer since it states it is a trace mineral, but would like to confirm.

Alice Jerahian, B.Sc, MEd, they are different. Silicon (organic silicon) is a natural element, while Silicon Dimethylsiloxane is a synthetic polymer used for its flexible and stable properties.
