The 2nd Glowpad only works when connected to a laptop with an audio cable, but without light/sound signal, but the program runs
Does it still work?

Barbara Prucha-Graber, during transfer there should be light coming from the GlowPad. Please try the following:
1) Charge IC Pad for about 2 hours using a USB cable and charger. If there is no yellow light during the charging, please try using a different charging USB cable (it is called a micro-USB cable).

any tips on getting the muscle testing feature to work? i can choose a body system but then it just sits and spins, does not bring up the charts to muscle test. is there a browser setting i need to chsnge?
