Do you think alcohol consumption could impair the efficiency of the frequencies?

Martin Lee, good question! alcohol doesnโ€™t erase IC frequencies (ICs can even be stored in alcohol-based tinctures), but it can blunt how your body responds. Some ICs like Methadone specifically advise avoiding use within 6 hours of alcohol, so spacing your IC sessions and drinking by several hours is best for effectiveness.
