What would be the suggestions for usage? What is the amount of imprinted water that should be used per day? Are there any limitations?

Hi Ligita, we recommend to use the same IC at least 3 times a day, drinking at least 50ml (2oz) of water each time. There is no problem to drink more water and more often. It is good to drink it more often.

Hi Irene, you can just use one IC at a time and another day different IC at different times. It is just important to use related IC at a specific time of the day.
